Recently, the Blue Book on Innovation and Development of Smart Transportation Industry in the Digital Era, and the Group Standard for Digital Technology, Data, Transport Data Element Specification, which were prepared by the Panda Digital Industry Research Institute were successfully released. Panda Electronics, as the leader of the Smart Transport Working Group of Modern Digital City of CEC, is responsible for this preparation.

The Blue Book focuses on the theory and relevant practical achievements in the fields of infrastructure, travel services, intelligent logistics, innovation system, etc., elaborates the innovation and development path of the smart transport industry in detail, studies and judges the future development trend of the industry, and provides assistance for CEC to build an industrial chain support system for transport of "land, sea, space and air". 

The group standard was reviewed and approved by the Group Standards Committee of the China Information Industry Chamber of Commerce, which is an important achievement of Panda in the fields of data governance and smart transportation. This standard is oriented to the scenarios related to the market construction of data elements and the application of digital technology in the transportation field. It proposes the specification of traffic data elements, classifies traffic data elements from multiple dimensions such as type ownership, quality, safety and openness, and has an important guiding role in the establishment of the traffic data element system.
