From February 22 to 23, Panda Electronics held the first session of the seventh session of the Workers' Congress, the working meeting, the Party's working style and a clean & honest administration and anti-corruption working meeting in the Panda Equipment Park. The meeting comprehensively summarized the work achievements in 2022, objectively analyzed the situation and tasks faced, and deployed the main work in 2023.

During the meeting, the General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of CEC Panda, Chairman of Panda Electronics Mr. Zhou Guixiang, and the Deputy General Manager of CEC Panda and Vice Chairman of Panda Electronics Mr. Xia Dechuan attended and addressed the meeting. The company leaders Mr. Hu Huichun, Yi Guofu, Xue Yuheng, Hu Dali, Wang Dongdong and Lu Bin attended the meeting. The company's middle-level and above management personnel, staff representatives, and commended advanced collective representatives and individuals attended the meeting.

In his speech, Zhou Guixiang asked Panda to focus on the following three aspects: first, we should have a standing in strategic planning. The second is unity and synergy in industrial development. Third, we should be a pioneer and an example in reform and innovation.

With regard to the next stage of work, Xia Dechuan stressed that, first, we should adhere to scientific and technological innovation as the engine. The second is to strengthen the construction of the cadre team and talent team. Third, cultivate and carry forward the excellent corporate culture and promote the strength, excellence and expansion of Panda Electronics.

At the meeting on the morning of the Feb. 22nd, the general manager and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Panda Electronics Mr. Hu Huichun made a work report entitled "upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground, be aggressive, practical and responsible, Strive to create the core competitive advantage of Panda Digital Intelligence Equipment". The report comprehensively reviewed and summarized the completion of the main work in 2022 from eight aspects, and made arrangements for the main work in 2023.

The secretary of the Party Committee of Panda Electronics Mr. Yi Guofu made a work report entitled "Exploration and innovation, forging ahead with enterprise and fortitude, with the strong leadership of the Party to ensure high-quality development and achieve stability and prosperity" at the meeting. The report comprehensively reviewed and summarized the results of the party building work in 2022 from six aspects, and put forward the opinions on the party building work in 2023.

In the follow-up meeting, the report on the negotiation of the collective agreement, the description of the revision of the management documents, the suggestions of the representatives attending the meeting, the advanced commendation, the signing of the collective agreement, the signing of the "Operation Responsibility", the "Management Responsibility", the "Party Construction Responsibility", the "Confidentiality Responsibility", the "Comprehensive Strict Governance of the Party and the Honest Employment Responsibility" and other contents were completed. The staff representatives also conducted democratic evaluation on the company's leading group and its members, and voted on six company management documents.

At the meeting on the afternoon of the Feb. 23rd, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Panda Electronics Mr. Xue Yuheng made a report entitled "Continuously promoting comprehensive and strict governance of the party to ensure the implementation of the company's reform and development". Mr. Yi Guofu affirmed the achievements of the construction of the Party style and clean government and anti-corruption work of Panda Electronics in 2022, and put forward suggestions and requirements for the current and next stage of work.
